Murataka ships worldwide from the Netherlands. We work primarily with DHL and UPS but can accommodate alternative carriers on request — contact us at joey@murataka.nl before placing your order if you have a specific carrier preference.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs are calculated per order based on destination, package dimensions, weight, and chosen carrier. The shipping cost will be confirmed with you in writing before payment is taken — there are no surprise charges.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments where available. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly with the carrier.
When a package crosses an international border, the destination country's customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are set by each country's government and vary depending on the item type, declared value, and destination.
Murataka has no control over these charges. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that importing the purchased item is legal in their country, state, or region before placing an order.
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing joey@murataka.nl with your order details and reason for return.

Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for all returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Murataka packages all items carefully before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Send everything to joey@murataka.nl within 48 hours. Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim is resolved.
We will file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will keep you updated throughout.
